The existing bill-payment system couldn't keep pace with growth, and the platform lacked the in-house payment infrastructure and compliance needed to scale securely.
Approach
Revamped the architecture for horizontal scalability, led the organization through full PCI DSS certification, and built two core payment systems from the ground up — an E-Commerce Payment Gateway and a card-acceptance switch.

Approach
Defined a scalable microservices architecture, restructured the engineering team, automated the mobile app end to end, and introduced an AI-driven credit-scoring model for loan eligibility.
